Lang 172T 72" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, 208v/3ph The Lang 172T heavy-duty griddle is a good choice for steakhouses and sports bars that offer various grilled products such as steak and cheeseburgers. It has an inch-thick steel griddle plate that takes longer to heat up and retains heat better than a thin plate. Wraparound splash guards around the sides and back catch grease and debris before it can escape the griddle, containing it on the plate. Every 12 inches of the Lang 172T electric griddle's plate contains a 6,000-watt element, spreading heat evenly to deliver consistent products on all parts of the plate. Elements are controlled individually by snap-action thermostats, which chefs can use to customize cooking zones for different food products. To add strength and corrosion resistance, this griddle has a welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior.
