Unit was removed from MGM Grand, Last serviced 18-APR-2019. In working order at the time of removal.
The original deep fryer was replaced with a newer FRYMASTER MNJ2XLRSP Deep Fryer. The fryer on the right was removed so a garbage can could be placed inside the cabinet. The cut out will fit another deep fryer.
