Description
The LVO FL14F is a heavy-duty commercial front-load washer engineered for washing sheet pans, pots, mixing bowls, buckets, utensils, bakery tools, food-preparation equipment, and other compatible commercial kitchen items.
It uses a powerful 10-horsepower recirculating pump and two rotating stainless steel spray arms to deliver a high-pressure wash throughout the chamber.
The FL14 platform is designed to accommodate up to 14 standard sheet pans per load and is rated by LVO for production of up to approximately 140 pans per hour, depending on the selected wash cycle, loading arrangement, soil level, and operating conditions.
The fully automatic operating sequence includes filling, washing, a rest period, sanitizing rinse, and optional steam-exhaust operation. Three selectable wash durations allow the operator to choose an appropriate cycle for lightly, moderately, or heavily soiled items.
This electric-heated version uses one 9kW heating element in the wash tank and a separate 9kW booster-heating element in the rinse tank. The booster raises properly supplied hot water to the sanitizing-rinse temperature.
The front-loading design offers access to a large wash chamber while limiting the floor space required compared with larger walk-in or rack-style washing systems.
LVO identifies the FL14 as its most popular front-load model and confirms its 14-pan capacity, 10HP pump, 40-gallon wash tank, 9kW rinse booster, three wash times, and heavy-gauge stainless steel construction. Official LVO FL14 product specifications: https://www.lvomfg.com/site/product/fl14/

Wash System
Pump Motor: 10 HP
Pump Flow: Approximately 180 Gallons per Minute
Normal Manufacturer-Published Wash Pressure: Approximately 50–60 PSI
Permitted Wash-Pressure Range on This Unit’s Data Plate: 45–65 PSI
Wash-Arm Configuration: Two Rotating Stainless Steel Spray Arms
Wash Hubs: Heavy-Duty Commercial Hub System
Wash Tank Capacity: 40 Gallons
Wash-Tank Heating: One 9kW Electric Heating Element
Wash Temperature – Data-Plate Minimum: 150°F / 66°C
Normal Recommended Operating Range: Approximately 155–160°F / 68–71°C
Water Recirculation: High-Volume Recirculating Wash System
The approximately 180-GPM flow is recirculated from the 40-gallon wash tank rather than drawn continuously from the building’s water supply.
The powerful high-pressure system requires correct racking. Items must be positioned so water can reach their soiled surfaces and drain freely after the wash.
Sanitizing Rinse System
Rinse Method: Fresh Hot-Water Sanitizing Rinse
Rinse-Tank Capacity: Approximately 9.5 Gallons
Rinse Booster: One 9kW Electric Heating Element
Incoming Hot-Water Temperature: 140°F / 60°C Recommended

Rinse Period: 60 Seconds Minimum
Rinse Pressure: 20 PSI ± 5 PSI
Water Consumption per Cycle: Approximately 6.5 Gallons
Published Hourly Water Requirement: Approximately 78 Gallons per Hour at 12 Cycles per Hour
The rinse-booster tank is designed to raise the incoming hot water to the required sanitizing temperature.
The final installation must comply with local health-department, plumbing, backflow-prevention, and commercial warewashing requirements.
Automatic Cycle Specifications
The LVO FL14 provides three preset wash selections:
Light Wash: Approximately 3 Minutes
Medium Wash: Approximately 5 Minutes
Heavy Wash: Approximately 7 Minutes

Wash cycle ends
Approximately 20-second rest period allows wash water and suds to drain
Fresh hot-water sanitizing rinse begins
Optional steam-exhaust fan operates when configured
Cycle resets for unloading
Factory settings can be adjusted only by a qualified technician and must remain compliant with sanitation requirements.

The electrical specifications above come directly from the manufacturer plate on this specific machine and take precedence over generalized specifications for other FL14 versions.
LVO’s manual publishes approximately 36.8A for a typical 460V electric FL14. This specific unit’s plate states 36.2A, so the unit-specific figure is used in this listing.
A licensed commercial electrician must verify the building service, phase rotation, wiring, grounding, disconnect, conductor sizing, and overcurrent protection.
Incorrect phase rotation can cause the pump to rotate backward and produce low or unstable wash pressure.
Do not connect this washer to 208V, 230V, single-phase power, a household receptacle, an adapter, or an extension cord.
Utility Requirements

Weight and Moving Requirements
The exact manufacturer-rated net weight was not confirmed in the supplied data plate or official owner’s manual.
A handwritten “1143 LBS” marking is visible on the front wrapping. This appears to be a warehouse or freight notation and should not be treated as a verified manufacturer net-weight specification without confirmation.
This is a large, extremely heavy commercial machine and requires professional material-handling equipment.
Use a properly rated forklift, pallet jack, machinery dolly, or commercial rigging service.
Do not attempt to move the washer manually.
Do not lift it by the door, gauges, control panel, plumbing connections, vent assembly, electrical cabinet, or exposed wiring.
