Description

This air-cooled machine can produce up to approximately 1,100 pounds of flake ice every 24 hours under ideal 70°F air and 50°F incoming-water conditions. Scotsman currently lists approximately 878 pounds per day under AHRI 90°F air and 70°F water conditions, providing a more realistic high-temperature performance reference.
Flake ice is soft, small, and easy to shape around products. It is especially useful for seafood displays, salad bars, produce merchandising, blended beverages, therapeutic healthcare applications, and rapid product chilling.
