Description
The True TPP-93 is a heavy-duty commercial refrigerated pizza preparation table designed for pizzerias, restaurants, delis, sandwich shops, cafeterias, and other high-volume foodservice operations.
The refrigerated upper rail accommodates twelve 1/3-size ingredient pans, while the three-door refrigerated cabinet provides approximately 30.9 cubic feet of additional storage. Its forced-air refrigeration system is designed to maintain food-pan and cabinet temperatures between approximately 33°F and 41°F.
Four insulated stainless-steel lids protect the ingredient rail, while the wide front preparation area provides convenient workspace for assembling pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
