Important Model-Version Clarification
This unit is the older True T-19 with R134a refrigerant and an 8.9-amp data-plate rating.
It is not the currently manufactured T-19-HC hydrocarbon model.
The current T-19-HC uses R290 refrigerant and has substantially different electrical and refrigeration specifications. Those current-model figures must not be substituted for the photographed unit. The physical data plate on this refrigerator is the controlling specification.
Legacy True literature identifies the T-19 configuration as a 27-inch-wide, one-door refrigerator with three standard shelves, a 1/3-horsepower refrigeration system, 8.9-amp operation, and R134a refrigerant. Legacy True refrigeration catalog: https://greenleafpacific.com/image/catalogues/true_refrigeration_equip_catalog_2015.pdf
Description
The True T-19 is a narrow, commercial-grade reach-in refrigerator designed for cold storage in restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, hotels, catering kitchens, institutional foodservice operations, convenience stores, and other professional facilities.
Its approximately 27-inch-wide cabinet provides upright refrigerated storage while occupying less floor width than larger two- and three-section reach-in refrigerators.
The full-height solid door helps reduce light exposure and heat infiltration compared with transparent merchandising doors. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system raises the usable lower shelf area and allows the refrigeration compartment to be accessed from the lower portion of the cabinet.
The cabinet was manufactured with a stainless steel front, aluminum-finished exterior panels, an aluminum interior liner, a stainless steel interior floor, polyurethane insulation, adjustable shelving, a self-closing door system, an exterior temperature display, and commercial swivel casters.
Legacy True T-Series literature publishes a factory operating range of approximately 33°F to 38°F for properly installed and maintained refrigerators. It also describes the system as an oversized, factory-balanced R134a refrigeration system. Legacy True refrigeration catalog: https://greenleafpacific.com/image/catalogues/true_refrigeration_equip_catalog_2015.pdf

The bottom-mounted refrigeration arrangement allows the compressor to operate closer to the cooler, lower section of the kitchen and provides easier service access than many top-mounted systems.
The physical condition of the compressor, fan motors, condenser coil, evaporator, drain pan, refrigerant tubing, wiring, and starting components should be inspected before final commercial installation.
R134a Refrigerant
Refrigerant Type: R134a
Factory Data-Plate Charge: 10 oz / 283 g
High-Side Design Pressure: 312 PSIG
Low-Side Design Pressure: 140 PSIG
This refrigerator does not use the R290 refrigerant found in the current T-19-HC model.
The sealed refrigeration system should be serviced only by qualified commercial-refrigeration technicians using approved recovery, evacuation, leak-testing, charging, and repair procedures.
Refrigerant must not be released intentionally.
Do not drill, cut, crush, bend, heat, or puncture the refrigerant tubing.
Any replacement compressor, refrigerant, lubricant, filter drier, fan motor, thermostat, or electrical component must be selected according to the physical model and serial number.
