This traditional grinder-doser configuration uses large commercial flat grinding burrs to process whole coffee beans into finely ground espresso coffee. The grind setting is adjusted using the toothed collar located beneath the bean hopper, allowing the operator to change the grind according to the coffee blend, humidity, espresso-machine requirements, and extraction time.
