Its single-rack, straight-through configuration allows operators to load standard commercial dish racks from one side and remove them from the opposite side, helping maintain an efficient dishwashing workflow during busy service periods.
The dishwasher is constructed from durable stainless steel and features top-mounted operating controls, built-in chemical-delivery components, automatic cycle operation, and a commercial wash-pump system. CMA’s AH-series machines are designed to process as many as 40 racks or approximately 160 covers per hour.
