THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION

Term: Online Auction Terms and Conditions constitute a legal, valid, and binding contract between PCI Auctions and each bidder. By registering to bid, each Bidder agrees to be bound by these terms. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with NO warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed; bidders are urged to attend the scheduled preview day or contact the division before placing a bid, as no refunds or chargebacks will be granted due to the condition of the item or bidder error. A 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax will be added to each purchase. For payment, a direct wire transfer at the conclusion of the auction is the only acceptable method, and payment not made the following day could result in a forfeited bid. Each Bidder agrees to NOT initiate a credit card chargeback under any circumstances.

Bids are final and cannot be deleted or removed. The auction uses staggered and dynamic closing features, automatically extending the bidding time by 3 minutes if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes (up to 10 extensions). Winning bidders will receive an invoice by email only. Pickup is by appointment only. Shipping is NOT available; bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item not picked up within the removal window will be considered abandoned. Storage fees will begin accruing within 5 days of the auction close and are charged daily based on item size. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate transport; specifically, trailers are not guaranteed to be registered or have adequate lighting or tires, and towing via professional service is the preferred method for removal. Failure to remove items, or opting to forfeit items, does not relieve the Buyer of the invoice total and may incur disposal and collection fees. Bidder liability for any claims is limited solely to the refund of the purchase price, and all disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
