Description
The Kratos 28W-600 is a commercial full-size countertop food-warmer kit designed to hold previously prepared foods at proper serving temperatures in restaurants, cafés, buffets, hotels, banquet halls, catering operations, concession stands, food trucks, cafeterias, and self-service food stations.
The unit accommodates one standard full-size 12 × 20-inch steam-table or hotel pan up to 4 inches deep, or an equivalent combination of compatible fractional-size food pans.
Its stainless steel angled display adapter positions the food pan at an elevated serving angle, improving visibility and making food easier for staff or customers to access. This configuration is particularly useful for buffet lines, catered events, continental-breakfast stations, and front-of-house food displays.
The 1200-watt wet-heat warming system reaches a maximum temperature of approximately 165°F. An adjustable front-mounted dial allows the operator to regulate heat output, while the indicator light shows when the heating element is energized.
