The stainless steel exterior shows visible scratches, scuffs, fingerprints, discoloration, surface marks, and other cosmetic signs consistent with prior commercial kitchen use. Portions of the protective surface film remain attached to the side panels, and the front door shows normal handling and storage marks.
These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the unit’s intended rapid-chilling and freezing functions. The food probe, pan supports, internal accessories, and operating components are included only when physically present with the machine.

This self-contained floor model can accommodate up to 24 standard 12" × 20" × 2.5" pans or 12 full-size 18" × 26" pans, making it suitable for restaurants, commissaries, bakeries, hotels, catering kitchens, healthcare facilities, institutional kitchens, and food-production operations.
The system is rated to blast chill approximately 110 pounds of food from 160°F to 38°F within 90 minutes and shock freeze approximately 90 pounds from 160°F to 0°F within 240 minutes under manufacturer-rated conditions. A 7-inch touchscreen controller provides Quick Start and à la carte operating functions, while a heated food probe monitors product-core temperature during programmed cycles.
