The AutoFry MTI-40C is a dual-vat ventless countertop electric fryer designed for high-volume commercial frying without the need for a traditional hood ventilation system. Built by MTI (Motion Technology Inc.), this 2019 model features two independent fry vats, each controlled by its own programmable digital keypad powered by the SimpliFry interface, allowing different cook times and recipes to run simultaneously. The fully enclosed stainless steel cabinet houses an integrated fire suppression system, accessible via the pull-handle actuator on the right side panel, making it suitable for placement in non-traditional kitchen environments. 
 
 
 
This unit is offered in used condition showing signs of heavy commercial service. The interior fry chambers and baskets have significant carbonized grease accumulation and the heating element brackets show rust. Drain valve hardware on both vats exhibits corrosion. The exterior stainless has scratches and peeling residue on the front face. Both control keypads and the LCD display screens are present. The fire suppression pull mechanism is intact. A thorough deep cleaning and inspection of heating elements and drain valves is strongly recommended prior to returning to service.
