Built on a 2020 Ford F59 step-van chassis (VIN 1F66F5KN8L0A07302), this fully electric mobile kitchen carries a complete commercial cooking and utility build-out. The F59 platform features a single-driver cab configuration with automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. The box body is finished in a light pink wrap with blue vinyl graphics. Roof-mounted equipment includes a CaptiveAire mushroom exhaust fan (115V, 1-phase) and an HVAC unit. Interior walls are diamond plate aluminum on lower sections with stainless steel upper panels, diamond plate aluminum flooring, and stainless ceiling.



The cooking package is fully electric and centers on a Pitco Frialator SELV14 2-bay deep fat fryer (208V, 3-phase) and a Wells G19 electric flat top griddle (208V). Both units are positioned under a commercial grease hood equipped with an Ansul fire suppression system. An Arctic Air 2-drawer refrigerated chef base (115V, 1-phase) supports the cooking line. Buyers should note that the Pitco fryer requires 208V 3-phase power - deployment site power supply or an appropriate generator capable of delivering 3-phase output will need to be confirmed prior to operation.



Refrigeration consists of the Arctic Air 2-drawer chef base providing undercounter cold storage directly at the cooking line. Green epoxy wire shelving provides additional dry storage throughout the box. An AV cabinet is included. Stainless steel work surfaces and overhead shelving complete the prep area.



Plumbing is supplied by an Eccotemp EM-7.0 electric water heater connected to a John Boos E3S8-15-14T15 3-bay sink, a John Boos PBHS-W-0909-SSLR single-bay hand sink, and a John Boos PBMS2016-6 mop sink. No LP system is present - the kitchen is entirely electrically powered. The unit is sold as-is. Buyers should be aware that title issuance may take up to 180 days if a title is available.
