A 2021 Texino 28-foot triple-axle bumper pull commercial food trailer configured as a fully equipped mobile quick-service cooking kitchen. The bare aluminum exterior is mounted on a triple-axle chassis with weight distribution hardware, safety chains, and a tongue jack. Security cameras are installed at multiple exterior positions, and LED flood lighting is mounted at the roofline. A ROAM Power Input Interface panel is mounted on the exterior sidewall for shore power connection. The trailer is built for 120/208V 3-phase electrical service.
The cooking line is anchored by an Ultrafryer Ultrastat23 4-bay deep fat fryer serviced by a CaptiveAire 3060 BD-2 grease hood with integrated fire suppression system. Exhaust is handled by a CaptiveAire DU85HFA rooftop mushroom fan rated for 208V 3-phase. Additional cooking equipment includes a Blodgett half-size convection oven, an AJ Antunes vertical contact toaster, a Panasonic NE-17523 commercial microwave, and two Ayr King breading and blending stations. The holding and warming station includes a Winston CVap HA4507PE A Series double-stacked heated holding cabinet (120V 1-phase), a Carter Hoffmann Crisp N Hold warmer, a Hatco countertop food warmer (120V 1-phase), one Prince Castle PHB21N1-PLK01 dedicated holding bin, and two Prince Castle 6-slot dedicated holding bins.
Refrigeration is supplied entirely by 2021 True HC series equipment: one T-49-HC 2-door reach-in cooler, one T-23-HC single-door reach-in cooler, one TUC-48-HC 2-door undercounter cooler, one TWT-27-HC single-door undercounter cooler, and three TWT-27F-HC single-door undercounter freezers - all rated 115V 1-phase. The prep and utility section includes an Advance Tabco 7-PS hand wash sink, a 3-bay sink with dual drain boards, Bunn and Eccotemp hot water heaters, stainless work tables, and green wire shelving. A Wasserstrom junction box (120-208V) manages additional electrical distribution. An AV cabinet and multi-position security camera system are also installed.
Interior surfaces are diamond plate aluminum on walls and floor with an aluminum ceiling and LED lighting throughout. A Dometic air conditioning unit is installed. The cooking line shows grease accumulation consistent with active commercial service. All major systems and equipment components are present. This unit requires 120/208V 3-phase shore power or a compatible 3-phase generator for operation. The CaptiveAire DU85HFA exhaust fan is rated 208V 3-phase. Individual cooking and refrigeration equipment operates on 120V or 115V 1-phase circuits distributed from the onboard panel. Sold as-is from auction.
