Built in 2021, this Diamond Cargo 8.5-foot by 24-foot bumper-pull food trailer is configured as a full-service pizza and rapid-cook kitchen on a tandem-axle aluminum-body chassis. The exterior presents clean white aluminum panels with diamond plate trim at the tongue, step entries, and corners. Three dome-style security cameras are mounted at exterior corners, and the LP supply rack at the tongue holds three cylinders in a welded steel cage feeding copper gas lines into the trailer.
The cooking package centers on two TurboChef HhC2020 electric conveyor rapid cook ovens rated at 208/240V, positioned under a CaptiveAire commercial grease hood exhausted by a CaptiveAire EADU50H rooftop mushroom exhaust fan. An Ansul fire suppression system is installed with a tagged cylinder and suppression nozzles over the cooking line. An EcoTemp EM-7.0 LP-fired tankless water heater supplies hot water to the plumbing system.
Refrigeration is substantial for a 24-foot trailer. The prep line includes an Arctic Air AST48RZ prep table, a 2020 Atosa MSF8302GR prep table, and a 2021 True TSSU-72-18-HC 72-inch refrigerated prep table. Cold storage is provided by a Master-Bilt UF27 single-door undercounter freezer, a Yukon 2-door undercounter chef base, a Master-Bilt F23-S single-door reach-in freezer, and a 2020 Continental 1RN single-door reach-in cooler. All refrigeration units are rated 115V single-phase.
The trailer is equipped with a 3-bay sink with labeled Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize stations, a dedicated hand wash sink with soap and paper towel dispensers, wire storage shelving, a POS system, an AV cabinet, and a Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioning unit. Interior surfaces are stainless steel walls and ceiling over diamond plate aluminum flooring with LED lighting throughout. The unit presents in excellent used condition consistent with limited prior operation.
