A 2021 Cruising Kitchens 8.5-foot by 24-foot bumper-pull food trailer configured for full-service food production. The trailer rides on tandem axles and features a solid black exterior panel finish with aluminum diamond plate trim and corner guards. The cooking line centers on a Wells HDG-3630G gas flat top griddle mounted over a Turbo Air PRCBE-60R-N-FT 2-drawer refrigerated chef base. Refrigeration includes a True TSSU-72-18-HC 72-inch prep table, a Turbo Air PST-48-N prep table, an Arctic Air AUC48RZ 2-door undercounter cooler, and a Turbo Air M3F24-1-N single-door reach-in freezer. Green-coated wire overhead shelving runs the length of the interior. Stainless steel work surfaces and a complete 3-bay sink with dual drain boards are installed, along with a Mix Rite MRS-HS-14 hand sink. An Eccotemp water heater handles hot water supply.
The trailer is equipped with a Coleman Mach wall-mounted air conditioning unit for crew comfort. Interior surfaces are stainless steel walls and aluminum diamond plate flooring with LED lighting.
