Featuring a Solid State Digital control panel with dedicated TEMP, TIME, and START/STOP functions, this oven delivers precise, repeatable results for pizzerias, restaurants, and foodservice operations of any scale. The stainless steel construction is NSF-listed and ETL-certified to UL 197 and CSA C22.2 No. 109 standards.



This is a brand-new 2025 unit carrying a scratch-and-dent designation, meaning it may have minor cosmetic blemishes but has never been installed or placed into service. The protective blue film is still on the stainless top, the interior cavity is completely clean and unused, and the heating elements show no signs of prior use. A power cord set and original documentation are included inside the oven cavity. The unit requires 208 Volts, 3-Phase power and draws a maximum of 11 amps at 3.8 kW.
