Description

The Doyon DL18DP is a commercial countertop double pass dough sheeter designed to sheet dough quickly, evenly, and consistently. It is ideal for pizza dough, tortillas, calzones, focaccia, roti, pita, flatbread, naan, pie crusts, and other dough products.

This model uses two sets of angled rollers to produce round, uniform dough sheets up to 17" wide / diameter. It is designed for one-operator use and can process up to 250 dough sheets per hour, helping reduce labor compared with hand rolling. The quick-change index system allows easy dough thickness adjustment, while the stainless steel construction and removable scrapers support easier cleaning and daily commercial use.
