Straight from the warehouse, the Estella 348SM80 is an 80-quart, 116-lb capacity two-speed spiral dough mixer built for serious commercial baking operations. This unit is brand new and carries a scratch and dent designation, meaning it has never been put into service but may show minor cosmetic blemishes from warehousing or transit. The machine presents in excellent physical condition with a clean stainless steel bowl, intact safety wire guard, and all controls undamaged.



The control panel features dedicated LOW and HIGH speed start buttons, independent LOW TIME and HIGH TIME digital timers, a REVERSE function, an AUTO/MANUAL selector, a STOP button, and a side-mounted emergency stop mushroom button - giving operators precise control over mixing cycles. Rated at 3200 watts and drawing 11.5 amps at 220V 3-Phase, this mixer is hardwired (no plug) and requires a dedicated 3-phase electrical connection by a licensed electrician prior to use.
