Alto-Shaam's Quickchiller line is engineered to rapidly reduce cooked food temperatures in compliance with HACCP food safety standards, cycling product from 160 degrees F down to 37 degrees F efficiently. The stainless steel construction throughout ensures durability and ease of sanitation. The right-side condenser compartment is ventilated and self-contained. The unit ships on its original pallet with adjustable stainless legs ready for leveling upon installation. 
 
 
 
As a scratch and dent unit, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present on the exterior surfaces. All mechanical and refrigeration components appear complete and untouched.
