Built in 2021 on a Rock Solid Cargo triple-axle bumper-pull chassis, this 28-foot by 8.5-foot commercial food production trailer is configured as a fully equipped ghost kitchen unit purpose-built for delivery-only quick-service restaurant operations. The trailer rolls on six tires with a heavy-duty steel tongue, ball coupler, safety chains, and an integrated brake controller module. Exterior panels carry a full Wendy's branded vinyl wrap with delivery platform identification. The roof features multiple hinged aluminum-framed access hatches for ventilation maintenance, exterior security camera domes at both front and rear corners, and flood lighting at both ends. Interior walls are stainless steel with diamond plate aluminum flooring and LED lighting throughout. A Coleman Mach air conditioning system serves the interior.
The cooking line is anchored by a Henny Penny EEE-153 electric 3-bay deep fat fryer running on 208V 3-phase power and a Taylor L810-23 electric clamshell panini press flat top griddle also rated 208V 3-phase. An AJ Antunes vertical toaster oven and a Menumaster microwave oven round out the cooking package. A CaptiveAire grease hood system runs the length of the cooking line, exhausted by a CaptiveAire DU85HFA rooftop mushroom exhaust fan rated 208V 3-phase. Heated holding is extensive and includes a Metro C5HME042797 heated holding cabinet, Henny Penny MPC-1L and MPC-22 dedicated holding bins, a Prince Castle dedicated holding bin, a Carter Hoffmann Crisp N Hold warmer, a Henny Penny bun holding cabinet, two Vollrath Cayenne countertop food warmers, and a Global 36-inch air curtain.
Refrigeration is a full production suite. The unit includes a Turbo Air MUF-28-N single-door undercounter freezer, two Turbo Air M3F24-2-N(L) half-size door reach-in freezers, a Turbo Air TSR-35SD-N6 2-door reach-in cooler, a True TD-36-12-HC back bar bottle cooler, three Hoshizaki single-door undercounter coolers, a Turbo Air topping rail, and an H&K 34-inch meat freezer rated 120/208V 1-phase. Refrigeration and holding units operate predominantly on 115V 1-phase service. Prep and utility infrastructure includes an Advance Tabco hand wash sink, a full 3-bay sink with dual drain boards, a BK mop sink, and an Eccotemp hot water heater. An AV cabinet is also present.
The trailer shows normal operational wear on exterior wrap and cooking line surfaces consistent with active food service deployment. Tongue and undercarriage steel show surface rust from outdoor exposure. The 208V 3-phase electrical service required by the primary cooking equipment and exhaust fan must be confirmed available at the deployment site.
