DESCRIPTION: 2019 Diamond Cargo 8.5' x 24' tandem axle enclosed trailer configured as a fully outfitted commercial ghost kitchen. Built for high-throughput delivery-platform operations, this unit was purpose-specced with a complete gas cooking line, commercial refrigeration, dedicated fryer station, ventilation, and climate control — everything needed to operate a production kitchen from a parking footprint.

Interior construction is stainless throughout — walls, ceiling, and full diamond-plate flooring. The cooking line spans the full run of the trailer and includes a Vulcan gas range with open burners, a commercial flat-top griddle, and a Chef's Supreme dual-surface panini press mounted inline. A Pitco floor fryer with multiple baskets occupies its own dedicated station with integrated splash guard. The full-length stainless exhaust hood with baffle filters and rooftop upblast fan covers the entire cooking line, with a fire suppression system canister installed and visible.

The cold side runs two Arctic Air uprights — a glass-door reach-in refrigerator and a solid-door reach-in freezer — plus undercounter refrigerated storage integrated beneath the prep counters. A commercial slot toaster and stainless prep counters complete the service side. A pass-through service window on the driver's side provides a dedicated order pickup point for delivery driver access without entering the trailer.

Climate control is handled by a ceiling-mount mini-split indoor air handler with exterior condenser unit. A dedicated electrical panel is mounted to the interior wall. Plumbing includes a 3-bay stainless steel sink with faucet assembly and dedicated water heater. A propane cage is mounted at the front hitch area for external LP tank storage. Security camera infrastructure is in place.
