DESCRIPTION: 2019 Diamond Cargo 8.5' x 24' tandem-axle enclosed trailer, previously deployed under the REEF Technology ghost kitchen operation ("getreef.com" / "@getreef" branded exterior). This is the oldest and lightest-duty unit of the three REEF trailers in this auction — important distinction for buyers: this trailer has a 9,990 lb GVWR (vs. 14,000 lb on lots #1 and #2), running on ST225/75R15 tires on 15" wheels.
That said, the equipment package inside is competitive with the heavier units. The cooking line runs a Wells 4-burner countertop gas hot plate and a Wells countertop gas griddle (3-burner, approximately 36") side by side under a full commercial exhaust hood . Fryer setup is a Pitco dual floor fryer with two full vats and multiple baskets.
Refrigeration is a matched pair of Arctic Air units: a glass single-door reach-in (refrigerator/display configuration) and a solid single-door reach-in (freezer), standing side by side at the end of the cooking line. Prep station includes a 2-door refrigerated sandwich/prep table with flip-top lid. An under-counter electrical enclosure with what appears to be a ghost kitchen automation/monitoring panel is mounted above the refrigeration units.

Condition is the most significant factor here. Substantial grease accumulation on cooking equipment and floors, faded and peeling exterior wrap, surface oxidation on the exterior, and torn interior base lining at the rear door. None of that is structural — it's cleaning and cosmetic work — but budget time and labor accordingly. Fire suppression canister is visible in interior photos; confirm service tag and system status at inspection. Sold as-is.
