This is a commercial upright freezer, designed for professional kitchens, restaurants, and food-service establishments.
Cabinet exterior and interior are stainless steel — which makes it durable, easy to clean, and resistant to damage typical in busy kitchens.
It uses a self-contained refrigeration system, with a 2/3 HP compressor (nominal 2450 BTU/hr) mounted at the top — giving a continuous flow of cool air inside the cabinet for stable, even freezing.
The freezer includes 3 adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves, and comes standard with 4” heavy-duty casters (two of which have brakes) — good for mobility and flexibility in a commercial environment.
Door features: stainless-steel, self-closing and lockable, with flush-mount handles and “stepped” door design that protects the gasket.
Insulation: the cabinet is foamed with ~2 ⅜″ CFC-free polyurethane insulation for thermal efficiency.
Controls & Cooling: It uses the “EverCheck” digital control system with audio/visual alerts, and R-404A refrigerant
