Built in 2020 (VIN: 53NBE2420L1076046), this tandem-axle bumper-pull ghost kitchen trailer was purpose-built and operated under the NBRHD Kitchens brand by REEF Technology. The trailer features a full-body blue vinyl wrap with NBRHD Kitchens and REEF Technology graphics, diamond plate aluminum flooring, stainless steel and aluminum walls and ceiling, an IEC 60309 Ceeform-style blue shore power inlet, and an onboard electrical sub-panel serving all 115V/120V single-phase equipment. Climate control is provided by both a Coleman Mach rooftop air conditioning system and a Daikin mini-split condenser unit mounted in an exterior cage at the tongue. Security cameras are installed at exterior corners and inside the unit.
The cooking package is anchored by two Pitco Frialator gas fryers positioned under a CaptiveAire grease hood equipped with a wet chemical fire suppression system - the cylinder is present and tagged. Ventilation is handled by a CaptiveAire VXD50 rooftop mushroom exhaust fan and a CaptiveAire EADMUA14 rooftop makeup air unit, both 115V single-phase. Supporting cooking equipment includes a Cadco 2-burner electric hot plate range, a Star Max 2-burner electric hot plate range, a Waring panini press, and an APW Wyott food warmer. Multiple runs of stainless steel work countertops line both sides of the interior, with green epoxy wire shelving overhead and at floor level throughout.
Refrigeration is extensive and covers multiple temperature zones. The package includes an Arctic Air AF23 single-door reach-in freezer, an Arctic Air 2-drawer chef base, two Arctic Air sandwich and salad prep tables (including model AST72RZ), an Arctic Air AUC48RZ 2-door undercounter cooler, an Arctic Air single-door undercounter freezer, a 2018 Atosa MGF8406GR 2-door undercounter freezer, a Turbo Air JUR-48-N6 2-door undercounter cooler, and an Arctic Air AGR23 single-door reach-in cooler merchandiser. All refrigeration units are rated 115V single-phase.
Plumbing is served by a John Boos E3S8-1014-10T15 3-bay sink with dual drain board and a John Boos single-bay hand sink. Hot water is provided by a Rheem EGSP10 electric water heater. An onboard fresh water tank with pump and gray water containment system are installed. A POS system with AV cabinet is included. The unit shows normal operational wear throughout the cooking line and hood area consistent with active ghost kitchen service; a thorough degreasing of cooking surfaces and hood filters is recommended prior to redeployment. This trailer uses an IEC 60309 Ceeform-style blue shore power inlet. All onboard cooking and refrigeration equipment is rated 115V or 120V single-phase. Buyers must confirm total amperage draw by reviewing individual equipment nameplate loads against the onboard sub-panel rating before deployment. The phase configuration of the main shore power inlet has not been confirmed from available photos and should be verified on-site prior to purchase. A compatible Ceeform shore power connection at the deployment site will be required.
