The Alto-Shaam AR-7T electric commercial rotisserie oven is engineered for high-volume cooking, with a capacity to roast 21 to 28 chickens per hour or up to 98 pounds of food. It features seven angled stainless steel spits that promote even cooking, complemented by convection and radiant heat for consistent results. Programmable touchscreen controls enable multi-level cooking, with seven browning levels, a preheat function, and hold and cool-down stages for flexibility. Its illuminated interior and double-pane curved glass door provide visibility during operation.

Built for durability and convenience, the Alto-Shaam AR-7T includes a self-cleaning wash system with a built-in sanitizing cycle and 30-minute rinse function. Its integral automatic grease collection system enhances maintenance, while the double-pane glass door reduces heat transfer. The unit requires an exhaust ventilation system and must connect to a drinking-quality 3⁄4-inch water inlet. Constructed with stainless steel, it supports hardwire installation and includes a USB access port for programming updates. Accessories are sold separately.
