The Everest ECB82-86D4 chef base refrigerator plays double duty: the bottom is a refrigerated storage area to keep your inventory cold and at the proper temperature and additionally serves as a base to hold appliances such as a mixer or griddle. The high quality stainless steel worktop can support plenty of weight and withstand up to 500 degrees, eliminating the chance of warping and bubbling of sheet metal if exposed to prolong exposure. The worktop features sturdy corner guards to prevent equipment from accidental slipping off the unit. The Everest ECB82-86D4 is made of heavy duty stainless steel inside and out with galvanized steel finished bottom and back wall of its exterior. This chef base sits on 4 four inch casters (front with brakes) with front legs for weight support. The condensing unit sits on the side allowing for deeper drawers. Two evaporator fan motors deliver a balanced airflow ensuring quick temperature drops. This unit is force-air cooled and both it and the side panel are removable for ease access for maintenance. Both drawers have pressure relief ports for effortless open and close. Temperature range is 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit, and can be seen on digital display. The ECB82-86D4 is pre-wired and ready to plug in and work hard for you.
