A practical design for food prep and display, the Everest Refrigeration EPBNR3 sandwich/salad prep table has a wide stainless steel top suitable for (18) sixth-size pans, a 12 1⁄4-inch cutting board, and a 1⁄2-inch insulated lid. The 19-cubic-foot storage cabinet holds three epoxy-coated shelves with shelf clips to organize the internal storage. The interior and exterior of the body is made of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the bottom and rear are made of galvanized steel. 2 1⁄2-inch-thick insulation inside the compartment keeps cold air contained and hot air out.

For simple installation, The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR3 prep table’s refrigeration system is self-contained. Its high-capacity evaporator coils use R290 refrigerant for environmentally safe operation. Its temperature range of 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit is simple to adjust via electronic controls, and the electronically commutated fan motors achieve quick product pulldown. It has a defrost system for preventive maintenance, while the condensate drain pan handles excess moisture.
