2021 Southern Dimensions Group 8.5' x 24' enclosed tandem axle cold food and beverage fulfillment trailer Purpose-built for ghost kitchen cold storage, order assembly, and dispatch operations. This trailer is configured as a walk-through refrigeration corridor with reach-in coolers and freezers lining both walls and wire shelving throughout for staging, assembly, and order organization. No cooking equipment or hood system — designed for operators working with pre-made, cold-prep, or ready-to-assemble products.
The refrigeration package includes two Norlake R49-G two-door glass merchandiser coolers and four Turbo Air reach-in freezer and cooler units. The Norlake glass doors distinguish this unit from its sister trailer — glass doors enable customer-facing product display, making this suitable for retail, farmers market, pop-up shop, and direct-sale applications in addition to back-of-house fulfillment. Five of six refrigeration units are confirmed working; one Turbo Air TSF-35SDN-N two-door freezer does not power on.
Ventilation is handled by a Belaire 3800 system supplemented by a ceiling-mounted rooftop AC unit. The trailer includes a Martin wall-mounted IT/network cabinet with glass front door, active cooling fan, and structured fiber/ethernet cabling. The integrated security system includes multiple exterior dome cameras and interior audio/video recording with posted notice signage. Plumbing is self-contained with onboard tanks, demand water pump, PEX hot/cold distribution, and point-of-use water heater. Interior is finished with white FRP walls and dark composite flooring. Wire shelving throughout.
All equipment is 115V single-phase — no 3-phase requirement. Sold with clear title.
