2021 Southern Dimensions Group 8.5' x 24' enclosed tandem axle cold food and beverage fulfillment trailer, previously deployed as a ghost kitchen cold assembly and order fulfillment operation. This trailer is purpose-built for cold food preparation, order staging, beverage distribution, or supplemental cold storage — packed wall-to-wall with commercial reach-in refrigeration and freezer units from True and Avantco plus a Turbo Air undercounter cooler with stainless work surface. No cooking equipment or hood system — this is designed for operators working with pre-cooked, cold-prep, or ready-to-assemble food products.
The refrigeration package includes five True and one Turbo Air unit, all 115V single-phase. Six of seven total refrigeration units are confirmed tested and working; one Avantco freezer does not power on. Electrical service is 150A single-phase via an IEC 60309 pin-and-sleeve industrial power inlet on the exterior, designed for direct generator connection or shore power hookup. The interior breaker panel is professionally labeled with 18 active 20A circuits including dedicated circuits for two AC units, water pump, water heater, IT power, and lighting — a buyer can see exactly what's running on each circuit before they connect. Plumbing is self-contained with onboard fresh and gray water tanks, SEAFLO 12V demand water pump, PEX hot/cold supply lines, and PVC drainage — no external water hookup required for operation.
Martin wall-mounted IT/network cabinet with glass front door and active cooling supports POS/order management infrastructure. Integrated dome security camera system. Dual ceiling-mounted A/C units. Interior is finished with white FRP walls and dark composite flooring. Wire shelving throughout.
