Refrigeration lines both walls: two True T-49-HC 2-door reach-in coolers, two Turbo Air TSF-35SDN-N 2-door reach-in freezers, a Turbo Air EF24-1-N-V single-door reach-in freezer, and a Turbo Air EUR-48-N6-V 2-door undercounter worktop cooler (see staff note — verify undercounter brand against True branding visible in photos). All units are 115V single phase.
The POS/operations workstation includes a wall-mount touchscreen display, Star Micronics receipt printer, barcode scanner, compact keyboard, and Yealink VoIP phone (Verizon). This is a turnkey order management station — receive order, pick from cold storage, scan, print label/receipt, dispatch. Network cabinet with managed switch and UPS is mounted above the workstation.
Plumbing is self-contained with SEAFLO 12V demand water pump, onboard fresh and gray water tanks, PEX hot/cold distribution, and a point-of-use tank water heater (see staff note — listing says Eccotemp EM-7.0 but photos show a different unit). Serv-Ware HS15-CWP hand wash sink and mop sink installed. No external water hookup required.
