All refrigeration is 115V single phase — 2021 vintage. That's a massive amount of cold storage and display capacity for a 24' trailer.
Plumbing is self-contained with onboard fresh and gray water tanks, a 12V demand water pump, PEX hot and cold distribution, and an Eccotemp EM-7.0 point-of-use water heater. ServWare single-bay hand wash sink and mop sink are installed near the entry. No external water hookup required for operation — ideal for events, remote sites, or anywhere without utility connections.
Climate controlled with a Bel Aire 3800 rooftop A/C system. NAPCO security alarm system. Martin AV enclosure (network/AV cabinet). Metro chrome wire shelving for additional dry storage. Exterior has a pin-and-sleeve industrial power connector and enclosed breaker panel for clean, safe power connection. Side entry via dutch door with window.
All equipment is 115V 1-phase — no 3-phase requirement.

CONDITION: This is the cleanest unit in the group. Interior shows very light use — no grease, no heavy wear, plumbing and equipment appear well-maintained. Exterior is clean white with minor scuffs. True merchandiser doors and shelving are in good condition. One True reach-in has visible dents on the stainless door (cosmetic — does not affect operation). Refrigeration testing status should be confirmed. Maryland registration expired 7/23.
